On the way to Los Angeles our water pump went out. We had stopped in Salina, KS. The next morning we called around to some local shops. None could get us in that day. When we called Diesel Pickup Specialists they said simply, "Bring it in, we can have it done by 4pm". We drove the 45 minutes to Inman and were pleasantly surprised...and then some. Not only did they have the parts waiting for us but they provided us with a loaner truck for the afternoon. The job was done an hour early, including a U-joint swap. The whole team was polite, kind, knowledgeable and competent. They not only met our needs but exceeded them. As someone who works for a family owned service business I appreciate the family touch.
